1. General Provisions and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the de444 platform and its users. de444 is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, registering, or using any service through the de444 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

4. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods may be used to deposit funds into de444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• The withdrawal amount must be within the limits set for the deposit method used.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on de444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on de444 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• The minimum first deposit to receive the bonus is ৳100.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the combined amount of the deposit and bonus.
• Earnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

de444 regularly offers various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page. General promotional rules:

• A promotion may not apply alongside multiple other offers at the same time.
• The decision of de444 regarding the awarding of promotional benefits is final.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

The de444 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a user's gaming activity and loyalty. de444 reserves the right to make any changes to VIP benefits.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

• Providing false information.
• Account being inactive for an extended period.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via live chat. All existing wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed. Any valid balance will be returned.

11.3 Inactive Accounts
